This Concrete Vibrating Hose acts as the outer rubber protective cover for immersion concrete vibrators. Inside the hose runs a flexible drive shaft, linking gasoline or electric vibrator motors to the vibration tip for normal concrete compaction work.

Well-matched complete sets with this Concrete Vibrating Hose help builders fully compact poured concrete, getting rid of honeycombing and surface air holes that weaken finished structures, and lifting overall concrete structural strength.

Every component inside the hose is made with standardized heat treatment for long service life. The vibrating head uses forged 40Cr alloy steel after salt bath quenching, hitting hardness between HRC 52 and 58. The flexible drive shaft is processed from 45# carbon steel with high-frequency quenching, reaching HRC 50–52 hardness. Rolling parts also adopt 40Cr alloy steel and high-frequency quenching for stable operation.

The hose body itself mixes pure raw rubber and 65# manganese spring steel, with a wall thickness of around 1.8mm to stand frequent bending and site abrasion.
