Product Overview
Our SGH25-12 cage welding unit handles rebar cage fabrication for infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and high-rise buildings. We install Panasonic PLC and Omron frequency drives on this CNC Automatic Steel Cage Welding Machine, and use chain feeding plus optional welding arms to produce cages up to 2200mm wide and 12m long. Site crews can switch cage sizes fast just by swapping and tightening template rings on this machine.
