●The main bar fixing cylinder is welded as one whole piece with widened feeding guides. Dual M24 lock nuts fit single or double main bar arrangement without extra fittings.
●Slotted fixing blocks on the cylinder cover all common cage diameters, so clients don't need customized lock rings for different batch orders.
●All hydraulic support frames adopt integrated welding with thickened plates and adjustable roller slopes. Four groups of brackets hold long cages steady and avoid bending under their own weight during rolling.

Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Supports
There are 4 sets of heavy-duty hydraulic brackets in total, which adopt an integral welding process. Equipped with reinforced support plates and extra-large sloped rollers, they enable smoother rolling of the rebar cage and ensure no deformation even when manufacturing large rebar cages.

Traveling Mechanism

Rotating Disk

Main Bar Fixing Sleeve
​​It is integrally welded with all steel components; the guide surface at the inlet is enlarged for extended service life and smoother feeding; the bolts are equipped with M24 nuts on both sides, enabling internal and external locking; single or double main bars are optional to meet diverse user requirements.
