Tamper Rammer

We fit this petrol tamping rammer with purpose-built 4-stroke GX160/GX100 engines. Operators only fill pure petrol; no oil-fuel mixing needed. The unit starts without trouble, runs with low noise, consumes less fuel and needs little routine maintenance.

Throttle components are reinforced to endure long continuous shifts. A secondary air filter installs next to the original engine filter. It delivers cleaner air to cylinders and extends engine service life on this Tamper Rammer. A built-in fuel tap eliminates extra startup steps for field operation.

This rammer weighs 85KG and features Compact overall dimensions, allowing flexible operation within narrow trenches. It outputs 14 kN impact force. The 335*285mm steel base plate covers more ground per pass and fits 40–80mm finishing discs for different compaction tasks.

Heavy-duty shock mounts block vibration transmitted to operators' hands and arms, reducing fatigue after long working hours. The plastic fuel tank resists rust and serves longer on construction sites.

The base plate adopts a steel outer shell paired with wooden liners, cutting long-term spare part costs for contractors. Polyurethane outer casing withstands strong compaction pressure and keeps steady lubrication for internal core components.

A sturdy metal guard frame wraps the whole engine to prevent bumps and abrasion on rough ground. Matching transport trolleys are offered as optional accessories for easy moving and repositioning on site.
