It supports adjustable cutting lengths from 1.4 to 12 meters and a maximum cutting width of 500 mm, with a roller conveyor speed reaching up to 100 m/min. The equipment performs up to 12 cutting cycles per minute with a cutting tolerance controlled within ±5 mm, powered by a 42 kW full-load system. This balanced configuration makes it an ideal choice for precast component plants, rebar distribution centers, and large-scale infrastructure rebar processing workshops.
Mechanically, the equipment features an inclined long-blade design that supports the simultaneous cutting of multiple rebar strands, significantly boosting production efficiency. Thickened and widened gear sets ensure stability during the shearing process, while high-strength helical positioning screws effectively resist deformation during high-load, repetitive operations, maintaining consistent positioning accuracy over long-term use.
Cutting length and positioning operations are precisely controlled by a PLC and servo drive system. Operators can set arbitrary cutting lengths for continuous cyclic production, eliminating the dimensional inconsistency issues common with traditional mechanical cutters.

A fully enclosed protective housing minimizes operational risks, while a centralized lubrication system reduces component friction and extends service life. The key-type guide chain utilizes rolling friction transmission, reducing daily wear and enhancing overall conveying efficiency.
To ensure smooth material handling, the line is equipped with 24 steel sizing plates, a pre-feeding structure, and a speed-limiting stop-conveyor design, guaranteeing orderly and continuous rebar unloading. A built-in three-stage storage mechanism facilitates the collection of finished rebar in various specifications, simplifying sorting and stacking tasks during large-scale production.
