Product Details
The machine integrates loading and feeding frames into one rigid unit, locking feeding positions to avoid shift and structural distortion during operation. The feeding trough features a raised edge to stop rebars from sliding out.
The built-in pre-feeding mechanism delivers two rebars in continuous sequence, stabilizing material supply and reducing chain wear. The sizing frame adopts solid square steel guide rails to eliminate running shake. Heavy-duty spiral elevators support positioning screw rods and keep rods from bending under long-term load.
