Model SGW12D-4 supports automatic wire feeding and collection to make stirrups, circular bars and hook fittings. It fits IKO bearings, AirTac pneumatic parts and Schneider & Omron electrical assemblies to run nonstop daily forming work. This Bidirectional CNC Stirrup Bender Machine handles 6–12mm single wire and 5–8mm double wire with 1600 stirrups output per hour, traction speed 75-100 m/min and bending speed up to 1050°/sec. It carries two detachable 2500kg pay-off racks and adjustable 9m straightening length with multi-language touch control panels.
