Pre-Alignment System:

Sixteen alloy steel wheels, divided into upper and lower groups, are each servo-controlled. This setup allows fine-tuning without stopping production, and the dual-groove design supports simultaneous two-wire feeding.

Straightening Mechanism:

Eighteen flat-grooved wheels handle both rebar and round steel. The independent servo control on upper and lower groups means operators can compensate for material variation without manual resetting.
