The STW32 production line handles batch fabrication of U-bars and cover bars for bridge box girders and T-beams. It combines rebar unbundling, feeding, counting, cutting and bending on one single line, reducing on-site manual work.

1. Automated material arrangement. Onboard unbundling, feeding and counting modules replace manual sorting, arranging raw rebars in order before processing.

3. Full-process four-head bending. Four horizontal bending units complete shaping, alignment, measuring, unloading and storage for large U-bars and top plates with no manual transition.
4. Accurate robotic material grabbing. Three-axis grippers with pneumatic fingers hold different rebar sizes firmly, keeping uniform positioning in repeated processing.
5. One-pass special shaping. It forms long-arc and oversize rebars in a single cycle to fit custom bridge beam structures.
6. Unified PLC control. All functional modules run synchronously under central programming, enabling single-person operation for the whole line.
7. Fast on-site switching. Operators adjust few parts to process different girder sizes and rebar shapes, matching variable site production needs.
