Touchscreen PLC Automatic Control System:
The CE-certified high-efficiency 6-16mm CNC round steel bar bender adopts a closed-loop control system, combining an industrial touchscreen human-machine interface (HMI) and a programmable logic controller (PLC) to form the core intelligent operation hub of the CNC round steel bar bending machine. All production parameters are visually displayed on the touchscreen. Operators only need to input the target stirrup shape or recall preset product formulas, eliminating the need for complex manual mechanical adjustments.
Integrated Automation:
Unlike traditional steel bar processing equipment that requires manual material transfer between straightening, feeding, bending, and cutting stations, this equipment integrates all processes into a fully continuous automated workflow. The entire production cycle requires no downtime, manual clamping, or repositioning. Compared to segmented processing lines, it reduces manual labor by more than 70%, avoids dimensional deviations caused by manual handling, and enables 24-hour uninterrupted large-scale production.


Dual-Power Traction Mechanism:
Traditional rebar bending machines use a single traction motor and one set of traction rollers, which tend to cause issues including rebar slippage, dimensional errors and motor overload under high-torque bending conditions. This machine is upgraded with dual independent servo traction units, fitted with two paired drive motors and four sets of traction rollers to deliver synchronous clamping and feeding from both front and rear sides.
Multi-wheel straightening mechanism
This multi-wheel straightening system adopts horizontally and vertically arranged cross-type straightening rollers. The roller gap and compression pressure can be adjusted on the touchscreen according to steel bar diameters ranging from Φ6 to Φ32mm. It features 33% more pre-straightening rollers than conventional bending machines and easily processes both mild light round bars and high-hardness deformed rebar.




European Standard Dual-Purpose Bending Mechanism
This dual-purpose bending head complies with European construction machinery design standards and integrates two core forming parts: a replaceable forming wheel and a detachable center pin. One single unit supports flexible bending for multiple workpiece profiles.

Automatic Braking System Equipped
The machine frame supports a maximum load of 8 tons, while the rebar feeding system bears a 3.5-ton load. The built-in automatic braking system guarantees safe and stable operation even under full-load conditions. It enables processing of larger steel coils with fewer material reloads.
2. Automatic Collector (Optional)

This unit automatically gathers finished stirrups and supports customizable batch collection quantities, removing manual sorting work.
3.Receiving rack

This CE High-efficiency 6-16mm CNC round steel bar beender can automatically feed straight steel bars, with a maximum straightening length of 9 meters (customizable to your production needs).
